(March 15, 2023)—As a candidate for U.S. Senate from the State of New York, I am calling for an emergency session of the U.S. Congress to deal with the onrushing blow-out of the trans-Atlantic financial System, as evidenced by the recent bank failures, including the New York-based Signature Bank.

I want to especially thank Nick [Brana] and Angela [McArdle] for pulling all of us together, and I am pleased that we have smoked out hundreds of FBI agents and thousands of NAFO trolls, just by sticking together to oppose our nation from plunging us into the abyss of thermonuclear war. (January 31, 2023)--On February 19, there will be a demonstration at the Lincoln Memorial, convened by the leaders of the People’s Party and the Libertarian Party called Rage Against the War Machine, involving political activists, journalists, musicians and political leaders who are so alarmed about the potential for a nuclear war, thanks in no small part to the policies of our own government, that we have decided to put aside our differences, many of which are substantive, to unite our voices to demand an end to the funding of the war in Ukraine and a negotiated resolution to the conflict.

I would like to remind everyone that nuclear war is final. It is the end – of everything on this planet. If we get to that point, nothing else will matter. We are aware that some people clearly disagree with that notion, and believe that there is something called “limited nuclear war,” or that Russia (as it has never done in history) will back down if we threaten them with enough gusto.

The answer to that question is yes, but only if the United States becomes a trustworthy partner.  It is for that reason that my campaign is hosting an urgent policy discussion on Sunday, January 8 from 2 - 4 pm EST. I have asked experienced retired military figures like Col. Richard Black, and Scott Ritter, as well as nuclear weapons expert Steve Starr and Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche to share their assessment of the global strategic situation so that the American people have an opportunity to consider the danger we are currently facing, and how it might possibly be avoided.  I do this because if our Congress were moral and courageous, these individuals would be addressing an emergency hearing to determine how to bring the war in Ukraine to a halt before we cross the threshold to the unthinkable: thermonuclear war.

(Nov. 13, 2022)—Imagine doing a hard day’s work with a large group of friends—like, perhaps, the last two-week sprint of an election campaign—and on election night, as everyone gathers expectantly around the table for a celebratory feast, somehow, a large baboon has found its way into the party.  Not only that, but this overweight monkey had, the previous night, gorged itself on a large plate of rotten eggs, and clearly isn’t feeling so well as it lurches and belches around the banquet hall, until finally, with a nimble baboon-like leap, the creature lands on top of the head table, to squat in the very center, lowering its naked bottom over the empty punch bowl.  With a sound reminiscent of little Johnny picking up a trumpet for the first time, an explosion of sulfurous-smelling foulness quickly fills the crystalline dish to overflowing.

• Diane Sare is listed on the New York State ballot for November 8, 2022 election as a certified candidate for the position of U.S. Senator from New York;
• The Sare campaign gained this position by filing over 66,000 signatures of New York registered voters, gathered in six weeks, and spread throughout the number of of Congressional districts required by state election law;
• The Sare campaign achieved this goal after the New York State Legislature had passed changes in election law in 2020-21 to make the threshold for ballot access so difficult that, in their words, “only serious candidates with statewide support would gain a position on the ballot”;
• Only the Sare campaign achieved this goal, with four other parties attempting to gather this number of legitimate signatures -- triple the previous requirement from 15 to 45,000 signatures -- failing in their attempts;
